F.A.Q.
We have tried our best to make our service incredibly simple and straight forward. We understand that you may still have questions. We hope this information helps clarify our services and process.
Q.) How can you offer logo design so cheap?
A.) We have built up many years of experience producing logos for thousands of dollars. Now our focus is on providing more for less.
Q.) When will I get my logo?
A.) We watch for incoming logo designs and start on them immediately. We then produce a final version that is packaged into a zip file and uploaded to our server within 48 hours. You will be sent a link to download the file via the email address you provide when purchasing the service.
Q.) What is a revision?
A.) A revision is any change that is required after the logo has been sent to you.
Q.) Do you charge for revisions?
A.) Actually we don't charge for revisions currently.
Q.) I can't open some of the files you sent me?
A.) Some files may require software to open such as Adobe Illustrator. We include several versions of your logo in the zip file that you will download.
Q.) What file types will I receive my logo in?
A.) We mainly work in Adobe Illustrator and we will include our working AI file. The other files included are: EPS, PDF, PNG, JPEG.
Q.) How do I get business cards made using my new logo?
A.) The files we send you are very standard types that any designer should be able to open and use. Most printing services can layout your card for you but it is usually best to find a graphic designer that you can work directly with that will handle all your print materials.
Q.) Do I own my logo or are you licensing it to me?
A.) You fully own the logo that we design for you. However if you do not chose the private option then your logo may appear in our portfolio of previous designs.
